Atlantis

A maximum of three (3) pets will be allowed per apartment. A refundable pet deposit of $250.00 is required at the time the pet resides in the apartment. In addition, a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250.00 per pet will be required. Pet rent of $20 per pet per month will be added to the monthly apartment rent. All pets must meet the property requirements. Weight limits are based on full-grown pets and may not exceed 99 lbs.
